Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think extraterrestrial life exists we will discover it one day probably as a signal and then first contact but not in our life time .
If we transmitted a signal it would take too long to reach any where to be of use for quite a few generations by then we would more than likly improved space to a point where we can explore outside this galaxy.
To run seti@home is great because if something is discovered it would be a great feeling knowing you had been a part of it.
