Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI@home certainly is worthwhile. Maybe we will not find any signal tomorrow but I'm sure there are ETIs out there. And I'm convinced that one day we will find them. Technology is improved as fast as never before and there will be new ways to find our "Neighbours" nearly each day.

And with every new SETI@home-workunit I receive I'm quite sure that it will contain the long awaited signal :-)

Live long and propsper
May the force be with you

Best regards and good luck in searching,
Matti

P.S.: Hey all you people out there - Give your spare computing-time to some really worthwhile science-project.
Mankind will thank you someday
