Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Yes there is life on other planets! And I think my neighbor is from Beldar... If we discover life from some other place than earth it will be like all other geat finds, by shear accident. Benifits and dangers, boy is that a loaded question... We will probably find out that all intigent life has about the same social ills. And the benifits could be that the women can do some really wild things in zero g's.
Sure, why not send a becon. Just as long as it isnt KC and the Sunshine Band singing Do the Hustle or some other Disco crap.
I run SETI@home because it gives my computer something more usefull to do than letting me surf the web for porn.
Enough of the BS now.
This SETI@home prodjest is taken very seriously by me. I am glad to be of some help to this prodject. My sugestion would be to have the ss move the boarders aroud a bit so it dosent burn in on the monitor. And mabee be a little bit more colorfull. You know like shifting the colors on the graph a bit. Good luck to all envolved with this prodject.
