| I'm an 18-year-old girl from Denmark. I study insurance-science at the Danish university in Copenhagen. When I should choose what to study, my final choice was between astronomy and insurance-science, and even though insurance-science won, my interest in astronomy lives on. Besides studying I work in an American IT-company together with my boyfriend, who is also taking part in SETI@home. Actually, he was the one who got me in to all of this... :) |

| I definitly believe that extraterrestrial life exist. The univers is so huge, it would make no sense at all if Earth was the only place with life. And why shouldn't this ET be intelligent and able to send radiosignals, when we are? So the least thing we can do is to look for these signals. If we didn't, wouldn't we feel pretty stupid if someday we reached contact with an extraterrestrial and were told, that they had been sending signals all the time?... |
