I dont think we are alone in this universe.. I believe Extraterristrial life exists and in fact has been discovered. I hope they would have way advanced technology we could learn from, or even learn how to treat our planet better. Dangers if they turn out to be like the aliens off "V" LOL we are in for it!
Should we transmit a beacon? hell yeah, and send basic language stuff.. a bit of earth history..
The reason I run seti@home is I am a BELIEVER in the existence of things beyond what we comprehend and science can prove.. whether its aliens, god, esp whatever :)
