| I am a 36 year old, self employed, software developer with Campana Smart Systems. I have always been fascinated with the stars, space and the thought of, “What’s out there!†but I don’t usually have the time I’d like to learn more about it. My friend turned me on the Seti web site and now I can’t find enough time to read or listen to it. I want to start getting all the add-ons and playing with it. I am also going to setup an old PII 266 with seti and just devote the recourses to running the seti software. I’ll also run seti in the screensavers and down time on my other machines. I really wish I had allot more time to devote to this, as it is such a trip to think my processor might find something out there. I am located in Central Florida and I love spending time outdoors, both day and night and now I can look at a region of space and think I’m Listening! |

I know there is life out there, all kinds of life. There has to be. I'm sure there are many dangers, as with intelligence there comes corruption and possessiveness. I’m sure there are peaceful beings who just want to communicate with others as well. Let’s face it, we’re not the kindest race anyway so I’d say we’ll find both ends of the spectrum, better and worse. If we are going to find an intelligent race with bad motives, I guess I’d rather find them on our terms.
