Personal background
Hey,
I am a computer science major at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I have recently become engaged with a girl I met overseas.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
When you think about it, the odds of there not being life on another planet are about as good as the odds that I am right now about to be struck by lightning (it's a clear day outside.) The real question is, when are we going to find it? I think that SETI@home is a great way to go about searching for extraterrestrial life. One can only hope that they are trying to find us too (or have they already?)
