my name is Marco, I'm living not far from Lake Konstanz in Germany and I'm on in this world for more than 34 years, now ;-)
I like everything regarding computers, cars and astronomy. That's why I joined Seti@home already in 1999. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think that it's a good idea to keep the eyes and ears open. Perhaps someday we will receive something from other species. But I also think that we are not enough experienced to receive signals from so far away at the moment. The distances are too high, so we and the aliens have to find other ways to communicate.
I think of Star Trek. Perhaps in future it will be possible to transmit signals faster than light :-) |
