Personal background |
The photo is of Adam and Eve on the top of Tryfan in Wales, which has the honour of being the lowest Welsh Mountain at 915m (3002ft). To be a mountain it must be over 3000ft so Tryfan only just makes it. Tryfan is a scramble all the way to the summit from the lake Llyn Idwal at the foot of the mountain.
This photo was taken on 22 December 2006 - the weather was fantastic - light snow on the ground, clear blue sky, not too cold.
Location of the summit is: +53° 6' 51.45", -3° 59' 44.10" |
