I am currently a freelance programmer. I love Star Trek and Futurama. That might explain why I do this program. Feel free to email me. Since I have such a high end computer, why not devote some of those space CPU cycles to this program. I even opened the program on my laptop. So now I have two computers cruching data. Recently, I added a server to the mix. Now my computer room has 2 dedicated computers (server and desktop) crunching data and my laptop (which isn't always on). I feel my duty as a internet user is to help others. Seti@home lets me do that.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I love the idea that I am helping to search for Extra Terrestrial life. I hope to meet an alien someday and travel to other worlds. The mars pictures facinate me to no end. Alpha Centari, here we come!
