VADM Keira Russell-Strong, retired Art teacher. I'm from Ohio where I graduated from Kent State University. I studied Isshin-Ryu under Bob Pacula for 11 years. Moved to Utah in 1985 for the climate and to ski. Married and am now the caregiver for my husband who has progressive MS. As well as being a member of STARFLEET International, I'm a lifetime member of MUFON.
