| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think extraterrestrial life MUST exists. When and how we discover the new life forms won't be until we can travel at or faster than the speed of light.
I don't think it cost effective for us to transmit a beacon for others to find. By the time they find it and responded....We would all be long dead.
I run SETI@home because I think it important to see how many nations can come together on one project and find peace. I also think that if we do find extraterrestrial life then the World should know, not just one Government. I enjoy looking at others stats as compaired to myself. Makes me want to go out and buy an alpha chip. If I may make one suggestion...tell me how I can make this run faster!!!! |
