| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Yes, I'm absolutlely convinced that extraterrestrial life exists; When do the humans will make contact? when the extraterrestrials decide it's time.
2. I beleive that the information Carl Sagan mentioned at his Encyclopedia Galactica is a good start, but ask yourselfs, How do the Humand kind will react if suddenly we have an answer and make contact?
3. I start running SETI@home at the server where I used to work, it makes no harm and helps analyzing the data packs. I beleive the project is an excelent idea, after all, it's on the interest all of us to find out if there is someone out there. |
