I am a computer engineer for Fujitsu Services in the UK. I am 54, spent the first 13 years of my working life in the Royal Navy and list piano playing and sailing amongst my hobbies.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that extraterrestial life may exist, has existed or may exist in the future. Considering the vast time scales involved, I think we would be very lucky to find it in the 80 or so years I'm expecting to be around!
Why do I run SETI at home? - because I think its worth doing and if I find ET I'm going to sell my story to the Sun (UK newspaper) and pay off my daughters' University tuition fees !
