I´m from Dortmund (Germany), 32 years old and a member of SETI.Germany
I startet DC with SETI@Home back in March 2001. I recently started to crunch other projects to get known to other BOINC projects.
DC is a great oportunity to help science to solve problems. So why shouldn´t everyone spend the unused CPU-Time to help.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I´m a big fan of Star Trek and because of that i started to crunch Seti@Home.
Now, some years later i think Seti@Home should get tribute that through this project a lot of people have startet with distributed computing.
