I joined SETI@home in May 1999 and contributed 7,000+ hours to classic project before switching to BOINC.
The greatest success of the SETI@home project is the development of SETI and BOINC software and popular acceptance of the project. It's an outstanding accomplishment... people around the world freely contributing to science, research and knowledge. |
