Hi All
Well my name is Colin and I live in Australia, in a beachside suburb in sydney called Cronulla.I am 46 years old at the time of writing this and married with three kids.
I am a member of the seti group otto and we are a group of computer entusists that play online games, ie: Total Annihilation , and Unreal tournament, and so on.At the moment i have two computers that i share with the rest of the family a Plll 733 and a AMD 1.2 gig athlon overclocked to 1.332 which does my seti packet at about 5.5 hrs per packet.
The otto group is also trekkies and starwars fanatics so you will see why we are here doing this.
well I hope you get as big a kick out of seti as we do and may you live long and prosper!!!

i would like to think there is an e.t. out there but if he has any sense he will probably avoid us as we as a people haven't grown up enough yet.
The signals we send out at the moment are probably all wrong when our research budgets are bigger than our defence budgets then E>T will come to visit.
we run seti because we think we may be helping some underpayed researchers to accomplish there goals.
