Hallo Freunde,
ich schreibe die nächsten Zeilen in deutsch. Ist eben die Sprache die ich am
besten beherrsche.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich innerhalb einer noch nicht näher definierten
Zeitspanne zu Euch nach Berkeley komme und mit euch zusammen den first contact
aufzunehme. Wie das die Realität einzurichten gedenkt weiß ich noch nicht.
Aber ich will es, das muss reichen. Promotion wäre zur Zeit das einzige, was
ich mir (dem Bereich der Realität am nächsten kommend) vorstellen kann.
Ich freu mich auf jeden Fall auf Berkeley.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Do aliens exist? ->Yes
How will we discover them? -> I'll do.
The time: When I'm free enough to believe that at every time erverything is possible, than god will give me a future with cool aliens.
The way: By mind-power. In an especial state of mind I'll fold the entire human-known universe and use a direct mind channel to converse with aliens (mental, by transferring of feelings etc) or transfer my mental self to them and live some time in a shared alien body.
Benefits: To realize that we were never alone and god is every time everywere. And I hope we'll come down from our technical and machinized way of life to a more psychically satisfied way of life.
Dangers: Most evil things only exist in TV or the newspapers. In my real life there is no place (space) for dangerous alien nor discoveries.
Sending signals from earth: Gimme one good physically based reason to do this with the common known techniques today. For my understanding we can't send electromagnetic signals based on light speed and hope that alien will receive them in lifetime. First we'd find another (spaced) way to broadcast without our technical gadgets based on 100 years old techniques.
Why do I participate at seti@home: I like the idea that my processor is doing something he's made for. Calculating!
I think, that the aliens will find a way to generate electromagentic waves in the frequence we are monitoring. And they'll know how many people on earth run seti@home to receive alien life signals. And if they think enough people will accept their existance they will give us some signal.
Any modifications? No. I think your way is good. It'll bring a lot of people in the world together in one vision. |
