If extraterrestrial life does not exist then we are in for a boring future. A large enough sighting should make the world believe in aliens. Hopefully our governments won't blow them up in fear. As long as contact is friendly the population should adapt ok. If we encounter hostile aliens kiss you butt goodbye.
We are monitored no doubt already. A friendly reply to a contact would be best.
I run seti@home as I believe this is a great concept. It encourages hope that we are not alone. I believe a screen saver should be productive. My computer runs very well with seti@home and can offer no suggestions. I'm happy to run and help. |
