| I believe There is Life out there in the vast expanse of space... I think that humans will discover it when we are ready... when I say ready I mean when we have sorted out the problems in our own world... we are not ready to meet E.T. because we can't even sort out the differences between the worlds cultures or COLORS yet... I believe that transmitting a beacon would be pointless because any E.T. that we would want to attract would most likely ignore us because we r so primitive... and it may give us away to hostile ones... The reason I run seti at home, is in hopes that we may pick up T.V. or radio signals from another planet much like our own, in technology... we could learn from them at an equally technological level, however slowly |
