| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| As I stand on top of a mountain and scream "Heck yeah!!!!! There has to be others out there!" I dare not think that if there is a God that he would have left us intelligent humans, and we know who we are, on this little planet with the mojority of the other humans being so damn dumb. I think that we already know about intelligent life from other planets. Look at the government for example, they cover up things that happened years ago when society was too naive to expect anything less. Well I think that life from other planets has already been here. Now, trasmitting a becon to see if anyone answers may be a waste. If there is life out there they probably are a whole hell of a lot smarter then we are and probably already know that we exists. The question that humans need to be asking about alien life should be this.......Since Aliens are taking such a long time to make contact with Earth, what are they doing? Are they preparing for war or are they just too doubled over from laughter at this planet that they can't get up and get to their ships to make contact. |
