| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I do believe life exists off this world. With all the billions upon billions of stars out there, the chances of life existing in some form or another is very high. They may be more advanced than us, they may not. They may be sitting on their world waiting for us to contact them just as we are. That's why this project is so important. We may never find out unless we look. It may not happen for a great many years, or it may happen tomorrow. When it does, it will have to be investigated but at the very least it may bring our world together knowing we aren't alone. |
