Personal background |
I am currently a theology student in the midwest. I am currently on "vicarage" (an internship of sorts), where I minister to elderly folks at a large midwest retirement center.
I like to read, play video games, and listen to music. My favorite authors and books range from Stephen King (horror), Weiss/Hickmann (fantasy), and the Bible (Theology). My favorite games range from Baldur's Gate (RPG) to Metal Gear Solid (Espionage/Military Tactics). Music I listen to ranges from Weezer (Geek Rock), to Iron Maiden (Metal) and Goodie Mob (Rap). I also play guitar and do youth gatherings and have played some nifty gigs.
I also like Talk Radio. I listen to guys like Paul Harris, Phil Hendrie, Art Bell, The Nighthawk and yes, Howard Stern. |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
I do not think (nor believe) that there is ET life out there (as we know it or define ET as). I do think that there are living organisms in "space" but the human race is superior to all things living, therefore we find these organisms.
I downloaded the Seti because I like the screensaver PLUS, the experiment is pretty cool (though rather fruitless). Just like I watch Star Wars, I do not think "the force" is real but it sure is fun entertainment! |
