q. Do you think extraterrestrial life exists? If so, when and how will humans discover it? What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery?
a. Sure, we exist. Why not eleswhere? We might never discover it, it might discover us. I sometimes get the feeling, we are the small fry.
q. Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? If so, what information should we send?
a. We already did and do everyday.
q. Why do you run SETI@home? What are your views about the project? Any suggestions?
a. Why not put my systems to use when I am not using them? The project must go on. We might actualy find something. A bit more on the web site concerning data information and download of data so we might do a bit of looking ourselves. |
