I'm the computer guy and webmaster for the OSU Bookstore in Corvallis, Oregon. I enjoy hiking and biking with my dog Ruby, and I play online video games with my fellow clan members of -}GoD{- Griffins of Dawn, griffinsofdawn.com, of which I'm the clan leader.
I also created and host several little websites including debunkatron.com (skepticism and humor), scifiology.org (parody of Scientology), prayerpowder.com (parody of quack websites), and others. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Although it seems likely that there's extraterrestrial life, it seems very unlikely that we'll ever find intellegent life due to overwhelming odds against it evolving and the great vastness of space and time. But we should try looking anyway. Also we should initiate communications with beacons. SETI@home is a noble use of computing power and I'm honored to be part of it. |
