I am a software engineer from switzerland. My primary work is low level programming on VMS and Un*x. I like all NT components and designes based on Mr. Cuttler's VMS approach; I hate all that fancy desktop stuff on top of it.I run seti@home on four alpha ev5 based workstations driven by linux of different kernel version 2.2.13 up to 2.4.2. Thank's to Linus Torvalds; it's still Un*x - but not bad at all - at least it runs and makes fun!____________________________
