Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My answer to the first question:
>Yes I completely belive that extraterrestrial life exists, I mean no matter how big are egos have grone in the last century or two, we can't be the only thing in existence.
>When is not so easy to define, for all we know the other species walk amoung us in our everyday life, who says that extraterrestrials are not aloud to have our same genetic structure and anatomy.
>How we shall meet them is also another subject that is unknown and is to complex to meerly speculate.
>The benefits are endless, I can speculate one thing, I do belive that "they" will come to our planet first, so for that they must be quite advanced compared to our technology.

My answers to the second question:
>I don't think that would be a wise descision for at least another fifty years. This is based on the fact that we could never prepare for the repercussions that such an attempt might have, for all we know the beings that recieve are not as we see them and pose a great threat to us.
>If we are so dumb to attempt this then it dosen't really matter what information we send once they arrive I'm sure they shall be able to collect whatever information on our species they need in a hasty manor.

My answers to the third question:
>I run this program for hope, hope that our self absoarbed life truly get put in perspective.(also I want this to become a "startrekest" world hehehe)
>I think it is better than running some stupid screensaver.
>I am educated enough to give you a decent suggestion at this time.
