I'm a 43 year old technology nut from South Australia that still has to use a dial-up connection because of our poor telecommunications systems. (And I'm only 40kms from the CBD).
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have two main thoughts here.
A) We've already made our first 'contact' but don't have the reasoning/intellect/technology to understand what we 'might' have found.
B) We're looking in the wrong places and for the wrong sort of information.
