Born in Germany, now living in sunny hot Florida, thinking that there are lots of ET's running around on this world (especially in southern Florida, i.e. Naples & West Palm). Love the weather and the heat! Miss the seasons a bit...but not very much.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Extraterrestrial life? Well what might that be? Somewhat I think that there should be something out there that "lives". But what if we do not recognize it as "living"? Taking this in consideration I think we might not be alone.
Should we send something out for others to find? I don't think that is neccessary because either we have to be the ones to find some life or the others are intelligent enough to find us anyway.
Why i run the SETI@home? Because I have spare processor time unused and so the question is: Why not?
