1. If/When we find them our technology will increase exponentially, however if it gets out of control we could find our self’s in some hot water.
2. Yes. A simple message stating our purpose for transmiting the beacon.
3. Because its exciting to be a part of something of this nature. I think the project fills that little part of all of us that wanted to be an Astronauts whe we were little.
