Iam 44 years old and live in Odessa,Texas.I work in the electrical/electronics field relating to instrumentation and controls.I am a backyard stargazer that was lucky enough to be part of the construction of the Hobby-Elberly Telescope at McDonald's Observatory,Texas.During this time my oldest and best friend worked at the NROA site located there.I had the best of both worlds in astronomy for a brief while.I still spend as much time as can there on the weekends.The rest of my spare time is spend in New Mexico trout fishing,golfing and just plain ol'stargazing.Some day I hope to get over to Soccoro and see the array.
