1.yes, may be because there are 10 to the power 22 stars in the whole universe.and there might a extra terrestial intelligence being developed somewhere in the universe.The humans will discover it by searching the with help of sending and recieving radio waves in the and from the universe.Benefit is that as we all know that our man kind has leave this planet some day in near future.As we are running out of resources and can't get them back we have to find a another planet where mankind could survive.
2.yes definately.We sholud send information about our space co-ordinates,our knowledge of science and technology.
3.Because alone seti cannot decipher the huge data, but with the help of all of computers available all over the world the whole data can be done.the project is definately superb.No. |
