1, I think it is naive to imagine a world too small not to have life on other planets.
Other life may well find us first.
To consider the possible benefits and dangers of a discovery is fancifull!
2, We should send a beacon; probably best in a patterned awray of data - just like we are all looking for.
3, Why achieve nothing when your computer is idle when you can help achieve something? I guess thats all the justification thats needed. This is only one of many good fields of research and for me requires little or no effort. I like that! |
