| I am from South Dakota.I was born on Ellsworth AFB and with the exception of living three years in Germany and three years in England,I have lived hear for most of my 46 years.My Dad was in the Air Force,and so was my husband.I work on the base as a civilian employee.I have many hobbies,but I love watching the stars.I have always believed there was something else out there.Oh by the way Art I have two cats, both strays, who adopted me.I have a daughter who is a senior this year and she is really looking forward to college and moving out of the house(Mom is not at all looking forward to it). |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I do believe extraterrestrial life exists.I don't know how humans will discover it(probably through some sort of satelite) but I'm sure it will be in the very near future.I think we can all benefit from contacting other life maybe they can help us to see how we are destroying our planet.I think we should possibly transmit a beacon for others to find.We probably should send information about our world,the different types of people we have in it etc...I just installed SETI@home on my computer so I'm not sure on my views yet.I installed it because I am curious about other life and would very much like to find it. |
