32 year old Database Admin. from Baltimore, MD. I First learned of SETI during Preakness '99 (go horse). A friend had it running on his computers and it looked pretty cool. I installed it first on a Dell 266 pentium (now running Linux) and it now runs on a 1gh Athlon running W2000. I have yet to re-install on the Linux box. I also have a sparc 5 running NetBSD acting as a firewall/router.

I am running SETI@home because most computers sit around idle 95% of the time. SETI keeps my Athlon busy!
