Involved in computer support for 28 years...initially as Digital Equipment Field Service Engineer starting in 1977. Supported MIT AI Lab and MIT Darpanet in the eighties. Currently, I'm an IT manager at Harvard. I have a Master's in Technology in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I also worked in the maritime for several years in many different functions, including a ferry boat captain in Boston Harbor. I have a 100 ton USCG master's license.
Computer platforms I support are OS X, Windows all flavors, Linux, Pocket PC, and Blackberry.
Hobbies, are sailing, (owner of Tayana 37 sailboat), reading, writing, photography, nature, tehnology gadgets, games, movies, music, and on and on... |
