Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that ET exists. It is too improbable that we are alone given the vastness of the universe and the discoveries currently being made regarding potentially habitable zones around other stars. Given that vastness we must have patience until either the data provide information that will lead us to specifc regions within the universe, or serendipity occurs and ET shows up. Just as the human race slowly discovered each other in earlier centuries, it will take time and new ways of looking to understand about alternative life forms.

I run SETI@home to assist in project that I view as valuable to understanding our universe and ourselves.
