While I do think it exists, I don't understand why they would want to come here. We are too primative of a society to be of any interest.
I believe we should though not in the form of a transmission, I believe it should be a ship. Include a bunch of DVD media which contains. 1. famous works of art. 2. greatest literature, 3. Musical composition. 4. Forms of government we have learned 5. DNA code of most animals we have record of. 6. History of our kind.
