Hello, Folks!
I´m 36 years young, and I´m a patriot from Austria. That means, Idon´t know, where the first lucky corner of that small pale dot in the dark cosmic ocean is, but I´m sure, Austria is the second one.
Since I was in the age of 14, I´m interested in stuff, concerning to space and astrophysics, and last but not least guided by reading books of Carl Sagan.
There was a book written by Carl Sagan called Contact, (later turned to a movie with Jodie Forster), that inspired mine to say "I want to do this too" in the best possible way. Since I started my hobby in computers, i was amazed by reading about distributed networks like sah.
In real-life i sell pets and their habitats and all the things you need for them. So, I got my nick.
I think, time has come to get in contact with other civilations anyway. It doesn´t matter, if others are contacting us or, like sah, if we are trying to get in contact with them. I´m crunching for seti 24/7 with minimum 3, maximum 6 machines. Like thousand other crunchers I hope, to be the one, of which later generations can say "He gots the first contact"-dreaming is always allowed :-), |

Life always finds a way to expand, sic est!
I think, if we cannot reach a phase of peace, freedom and we are not able to prevent destroying mother nautre, we should warn other lifeforms in a way like this:
HAZARDOUS AREA - KEEP AWAY!
We are self-destructive, we are destroying our planet just for fun,
If we don´t want to understand our neighbours, we are taking war to them.
We are treating animals bad, we like to be mislead by our politicians, for that, we elect them each 4th year.
I´m running sah, ´cause if sah gets the one hit, I want to say "I was part of it". |
