Personal background
Hello. A little bit about myself. I have been working on computers and electronics for a long time. I did some time in the navy as an electronics tech and now I work for a process automation company.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I would hope that life exists elsewhere. As for when and how, I am not sure. But when it does happen I believe it will be a surprise for everyone. The knowledge we could gain from other life forms is incredible. To be able to learn how a completely different species evolved could teach us a lot about the universe in general and also a lot about ourselves as a species.
