| I am currently 29 years old, living in central Arkasas. I have always been interested in space exploration and find the SETI@home project fascinating. Although I have a business degree, I am very interested in technical subjects, including computers and space. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| What a cool project! When I first read about distibuted computing, my mind filled up with grandiose ideas about how much computing power could be used to conquer many of today's complicated problems. I looked into a couple of other projects like this one (including IBM's cancer research program) and decided to put idle computer time to work. Hopefully, someone can find a real ET, although I realistically think the chances are very remote. Good Luck!! |
