Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Do you think extraterrestrial life exists? YES Why do you run SETI@home? It gives my computers something to do when I'm not using them. It's also for a good cause. Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? Sure, but haven't we been doing that since radio started.
