Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Do you think extraterrestrial life exists?
- I am sometimes not sure, whether even terrestrial life exists.
Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? If so, what information should we send?
- I think Disney's "Bambi" will do fine. Maybe a "Bonanza" movie scene showing Adam and Little Joe repairing a Ponderosa fence is a good choice too.
Why do you run Seti@home?
- I tried to phone home. But nobody answered. So I look where they moved.
