Personal background
Hi guyz! I live in a small town in germany. I work for a insurance company and i sell contracts in a big german bank. I guess, i have not much time for hobbies, but i try to build up my car. It´s a famous rally car from 1982 with lots of horsepower. The Audi quattro.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I´m from germany. It´s a place, where people observe the sky in the morning, dreamin of another place to escape to. In the evening they watch tv-shows where the professors, teachers and ground-standing others say, that it´s physically impossible to reach other civilisations or at least unexplored space during our lifetime.
Distances are too big, coincidence appearing of planets with water and atmosphere, unimaginable numbers of lightyears between, and so on...

Which way should we go? Shall we search for other intelligences
or shall we just take the best out of our few years with keeping our
planet clean, discover and give rise to new energy sources like solar power, and so on...
It would be silly to say: we are alone, but
no one will ever prove the opposite, i think.

I don´t know what to do or where to take side.

At least, i want to do my duty here, because:
The day, we find "something", it´s because there were people like YOU !
I help you with the very least, you can ask me for.
Good Luck!
