my name is calvin im avid into amatuer astronomy, amatuer radio, and radio controlled airplanes, im also working on getting my private pilots license
i had another email i used for seti but it was canceled after i got around 120 wu done so i had to setup another one to use now so basically im starting over |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| do i think extra terrestrial life exist yes i do. believe itll be discovered in radio astronomy, i see many benifits but also the possibility of mass hysteria if it is not handeled correctly. I Believe would should transmit some form of beacon and include information not unlike sent on voyager i believe that is leaving the solar system. I run seti@home in hopes of finding a radio signal and also there is no reason for my computer to just sit and not do anything so it gives it something to do. The only real suggestion i have for the project would be to come up with a way that a user could listen to some of the information in a work unit Ive downloaded some program from the add ons area but it doesnt run on my computer |
