How did you find out about SETI@home?
While listening to a TALK RADIO program many years ago now!
Why do you run Bonic SETI@home?
Because I believe that there is LIFE out there somewhere. We are NOT alone!!
To Quote the Movie CONTACT "because it would be an awful waste of SPACE."
What are your views about the SETI@home project?
Well it needs to be done. It's something PC's can do besides running "FLYING TOASTERS"
We must do something to find out WHO's out there!!
Are they out there?
YES! But we need to PROVE IT!!
Will we discover them?
I might not discover them, but maybe just maybe my CHILDERN will do just that!!
What are the benefits and dangers of such a discovery?
WOW!! This is the big QUESTION?? Discovery will be FANTASTIC for some and VERY DEVASTATING for MOST!! (ie the Sun doesn't revolve around the Earth) It could mean GREAT technological advances or it might be the annilhilation of the HUMAN Race!! Are we really ready for Discovery?? NO!! but I hope the Human Race can grow up soon, REAL SOON!!
Should we transmit our own signal for others to find?
YES!! But we still have alot to learn.......TIME WILL TELL ALL!!!
