Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
You would have to be truly naive to disbelieve in the possibility of extraterrestrial life.
SETI has been the best way for us to approach the possibly impossible task of actually finding alien life.
I'm not saying that we will necessarily find them before they find us, but at least we can try.
SETI@home was a landmark in distributed computing, and if nothing they deserve credit for that.

We at Bridging Technology felt that while the machines are sitting idle, they may as well do something, and cracking a password was hardly useful.
We chose SETI over things like UD, because it was more suiting to our space/future theme that is present in the shop.
