My name's Andrew, or "A.J." for short (middle name is a J) and I got the SETI screensaver after watching the Directors Edition of Star Trek IV: The Voyager Home, where the Mike Okuda commentary said "some have said Uhura's computer screen resembles the SETI screensaver" or something like that.
I like Star Trek if you can't tell, as well as Charmed, the West Wing, and the Amazing Race. I'm interested in politics, travel, and science (they all fit together, see?) I'm in high school, and am looking into Baldwin-Wallace College for Political Science and Education, hoping to take language courses in French and/or Japanese. After graduating, I hope to be a History teacher, and later a politician. Vote for me!
I'm also interested in genealgy, and am looking into my Czech and French heritages. And, as a side note, I wish downloading the SETI screensaver was as easy as it used to be, cause this is taking all kinds of confusing time. |

1 - I think it's a great idea to use home computers! Plus, my da Vinci screensaver bores me, this has the opertunity to be interesting once in a while! And It's nice to know I can contribute to something.
2 - I like it, seems like a great idea. Don't know to many intimate details to comment much further.
3 - Have the screensaver as easy as it was back in the day; got a new computer recently, and it's taking forever to get this set up... and BOINK absolutly annoys me. |
