1 - Yes! but we will only discover "them" when "they" want it to happen!
Benefits - our tecnhology can develop a lot faster and probably we'll learn how to solve things without making a stupid war!
Dangers - Human extiction!
2 - Yes! information stating our localization, languages, mathematics language, sounds, pictures, history, and things we do bad as well!
