I am a graduate Chef from CCA in San Francisco. I became very interested in computers about 8 years ago and now you can't keep me off the darn thing. I was trying to figure out a way to make some money from what I have learned creating streaming video. I now make videos for the Internet and I am starting a diabetic restaurant program here in Las Vegas. Soon I will be producing one video a week with Las Vegas chefs preparing dishes good for diabetics and featuring them the dishes in their restaurant.
